Pragma Legal Achieves Quality Practice Standard Certification

To top off a stellar year for the Pragma Team, which has seen the firm nominated as a finalist in the “Innovator of the Year” category at the Lawyers Weekly awards and Special Counsel Tina McAulay selected as a finalist in the Lawyers Weekly Women in Law Awards, this month Pragma Legal achieved Quality Practice Standard (QPS) accreditation.

The QPS was developed by the Law Society of Western Australia and recognises firms that have developed and adhere to documented internal processes to ensure a more effective and efficient practice, improve client satisfaction, and identify and address legal risk issues.

Following 8 months of ongoing training and compliance with the QPS, an external audit of the practice undertaken on 10 December 2015 concluded that Pragma Legal had demonstrated a high level of compliance to the requirements of the QPS and that certification to the QPS is recommended.

Pragma Legal now appears on the list of QPS Practitioners on the Law Society website, and will continue to undergo annual audits and adherence with QPS procedure to maintain certification.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year from the Pragma Team and stay tuned for bigger and better things in 2016!
