The Pastoralists and Graziers Association are gearing up for a class action against the Federal Government if they go ahead with regulations which will have the effect of ending the live sheep trade industry.

Tyne Logan of the WA Country Hour spoke to Aaron McDonald from Pragma about the farmers’ prospects of success.

Aaron said typically economic loss alone is not enough for legal action against the Federal Government to succeed.

(Aaron features in the first 10 minutes of this episode of WA Country Hour).
