Rebecca Hansen

HR & Practice Manager

Rebecca is a passionate human resource professional with over 13 years’ experience within the professional services industry.

Rebecca started her HR career whilst on a 2-year working holiday in London. Rebecca worked alongside the HR team at Goldman Sachs before returning to Perth and securing a role as a graduate recruiter with a national firm. Rebecca’s role then grew into a strategic generalist role with her developing and providing expert knowledge, coaching and advice to the employees, managers and partners of the firm.

Rebecca’s role also involved the cyclical HR processes as well as creating health and wellbeing programs, mental health initiatives and the organising of key social events for the firm.  Rebecca was also part of the firm as it transitioned into a global brand and moved to new premises.

Rebecca prides herself on building strong, honest, and open relationships and enjoys partnering with leadership to establish and continuously improve the working experience of all employees through a vibrant and positive office culture.
