Flossy graduated with a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of South Africa. Before moving to Australia in 2018, she worked at a leading independent corporate commercial law firm. Flossy also holds an MBA from Edith Cowan University.
She was admitted to practice in both the Supreme Court of Western Australia and the High Court of Australia.
Prior to joining Pragma Lawyers, she worked in-house for a leading not-for-profit home care provider and in a large, independent multi-sector law firm. She assists Pragma’s clients in corporate and commercial matters, including assisting with the development of template agreements, reviewing contracts, revising policies and procedures, support in mergers and acquisitions, trademarks, as well as succession and estate planning.
Flossy joined Pragma’s Commercial team in June 2023.
In her spare time, she is a busy mum who loves hiking, bushwalking trails and spending time with her family.
