Pragma Lawyers joins WALGA Preferred Supplier Panel

Pragma Lawyers is thrilled to announce our appointment to the WA Local Government Association (WALGA) Preferred Supplier Panel. This enables us to provide a comprehensive range of specialist legal services in the following key areas:

  • Business and commercial advice;
  • Defamation;
  • Dispute resolution, litigation and regulatory advice;
  • Employment law;
  • Intellectual property & technology;
  • Logistics and transport;
  • Mining & resources;
  • Professional services;
  • Property and real estate; and
  • Insolvency and restructuring.

Founded in 2014, Pragma Lawyers has undergone significant expansion over the last 12 months and is now gearing the firm for increased focus in helping WA local governments as their preferred supplier.

"Since its inception, our firm has had much to do with local government including central roles in the Perth City Royal Commission and other Authorised Inquiries", said Aaron McDonald, Managing Director.

"We are pleased to cement our position as a preferred supplier to assist local governments to serve their communities."

The addition of Pragma Lawyers to the Panel provides a streamlined procurement process for our firm's legal services without the overheads of a lengthy tender process. This saves WALGA members time, money, and energy, as well as ensures regulatory compliance obligations are met.
