Founding Director Aaron McDonald named in the Power 500 List

Our Founding Director, Aaron McDonald, has once again been recognised in the Business News Power 500 list this year alongside other WA professionals in the Lawyers, Accountants and Dealmakers section.

The list is a prestigious publication compiling years of data and intelligence to highlight WA's most influential business leaders across the state's key industries.
Aaron’s inclusion this year attests to his extensive professional achievements. Aaron founded Pragma in 2014, with this year marking 10 years in business providing alternative dispute resolution methods that resolve matters fast to reduce costs. Our firm has been recognised as a Top Boutique Firm by Australasian Lawyer since 2021 and a 5-Star Employer of Choice 2023.  

Aaron sits onthe Courts Committee of the Law Society of WA, lectures in law at tertiary level, is a committee member of The Piddington Society, and is the Founder and Chair of the Subiaco Justice Centre.

In 2023 Aaron co-founded Hartwell Funds, a WA dispute financier, offering funding to service a range of commercial and insolvency matters.
