Pragma Lawyers assists Top Global Mining to commence its future mining operations in the Goldfields

In March 2024, the newly established company, Top Global Mining Pty Ltd made a significant move in acquiring a portfolio of mining tenements, assets and real property from the NuFortune Group of companies (Companies). This transaction marks a significant moment following NuFortune’s longstanding voluntary administration. The portfolio of tenements acquired by Top Global Mining are located near Bullfinch and Kurnalpi in the Western Australian Goldfields.

The team at Pragma Lawyers advised Top Global Mining throughout the purchase which required negotiating the removal of a number of complex security interests in order to facilitate the smooth sale of assets.

Pragma Lawyers are pleased to have assisted Top Global Mining in securing the portfolio of tenements which will allow the company to commence its mining operations in the Goldfields in the near future.
