Pragma successfully assists Geko Pit Pty Ltd in sale of WA Goldfields Gold Mine

Pragma Lawyers is pleased to have advised Geko Pit Pty Ltd on the disposition of its Geko Pit Gold Mine to Beacon Minerals Ltd (ASX: BCN). The mine is located at Jaurdi, 26kms north west of Coolgardie in the Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia.

The sale nets Geko sale proceeds of $10.75m and enables Beacon to leverage its nearby processing plant, mining infrastructure and operational team to realise the potential of the mine. The transaction is contingent on Bulletin Resources (ASX:BNR) waiving their interests to and rights in the tenements.
