Sale of Subiaco Hotel

Pragma Lawyers (Richard Edwards, Jason O’Meara and Michael Lewis) were pleased to act for the vendors of this hotel in its first sale in over 100 years. Settlement was completed earlier today.

This was a complex transaction involving both the freehold and business of the Subiaco Hotel.
