Nick is a Director at Pragma Lawyers.
He has appeared in all Courts and select Tribunals in Western Australia and is a dispute resolution lawyer, with a particular focus on insolvency matters. He regularly acts for insolvency practitioners and creditors involved in insolvency matters.
Nick regularly appears on behalf of clients in the Supreme Court of Western Australia and the Federal Court of Australia in a variety of complex litigious proceedings.
Nick also has extensive experience instructing and appearing for clients in administrative review processes including the Inquiry into the City of Perth, the Perth Casino Royal Commission and the Robodebt Royal Commission.
Nick holds an Advanced Certificate in Insolvency and is the immediate past Convenor of the Piddington Society, an organisation he sat on the Board of for over 6 years.
