Nick is a Senior Associate at Pragma Lawyers.
He has appeared in all Courts and select Tribunals in Western Australia and is a dispute resolution lawyer, with a particular focus on insolvency matters. He regularly acts in insolvency matters and has vast experience in voidable transactions, including unfair preference claims, where he has acted for both Liquidators and creditors.
Nick was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2017 and currently sits on the Piddington Society Committee as Convenor – an organisation which promotes access to justice and legal education.
In 2020 Nick completed the ARITA Advanced Certificate in Insolvency.
