Since joining Pragma in 2020 following a career in a range of professional business roles and in teaching, Jana assists to oversee the firm’s general business operations, finance, marketing, human resources and business development of the firm alongside the Directors.

Jana’s business experience ranges from industries such as oil and gas, construction, mining and local government. She has professional experience from cost control, human resources, recruitment, health and safety, procurement, accounting and legal roles.

Jana recently graduated from Curtin University with a Masters of Business Administration and Bachelor of Education. She also completed the Human Resources Law course through the Australian Human Resources Institute and the Australian Institute of Management’s High Potential Leadership Course.

Jana is a volunteer with Camp Quality to continue her passion for supporting children and also volunteers for various arts industry events in Perth, including Fringe World.
