Specialising in property and real estate matters, Matt has a wealth of experience acting for both private and public sector clients in varying scales of real estate acquisitions, disposals and developments in respect to commercial and industrial premises, retail shops, agricultural land, Crown land and residential land. Matt is well versed across matters relating to contractual preparation, negotiation and review, leasing, licensing, due diligence and strategic decision-making on planning, environmental, native title and contamination matters. 

Matt's practice also extends to corporate and commercial matters, including effecting business transactions and providing advice on a range of corporate governance, franchising and intellectual property matters.
