Steve has spent the last 10 years working in recruitment, where he has managed teams working with boutique-international firms across both public and private practice. Outside of his work in recruitment, Steve has spent a number of years working in the NFP sector, where he spent two years as the WA State Manager for a national children’s charity.

Steve is Pragma’s Strategic Relationships Manager, a role where he supports the firm’s people, capability and growth, while ensuring client delivery and satisfaction.

Outside of his role with Pragma, Steve is the Partnerships Manager with youth mental health charity, zero2hero. He remains involved with a number of organisation having an impact in causes related to mental health and the health and wellbeing of children and young people in Western Australia.
